Water based cap and bonding glue Submerge head in warm water to remove the cap * please arrive to your appointment with fresh clean hair, free of grease, oils or any other products. Applying heat protection on the hair is acceptable( it won’t ruin the straightening process)

Cancellation Policy

Non refundable - $35 retainer fee ( non refundable deposit) can only be submitted electronically via website. Please be on time or appt will be cancelled. (15min grace period) -$25 squeeze in fee - rescheduling only allowed 24hrs before appt - $25 Inconvenience fee for ( late hair install changes. Please lmk in advance )
